What is the average shipping time for electric bikes and scooters?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your ride leaves our warehouse.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our electric vehicles come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects. Specific components may vary by brand.
What is your return policy for electric sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for large items like e-bikes are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
Do I need to assemble my e-rideable myself?
Most of our products arrive 85-95% pre-assembled. You will typically need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel. We provide detailed video tutorials and all necessary tools in the box.
Are the batteries included and are they replaceable?
Yes, all our electric vehicles include a high-capacity lithium-ion battery. These batteries are designed for long-term use but can be replaced or upgraded through our spare parts department when they reach the end of their life cycle.
