Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
