The one essential cable that every Mennekes / Type 2 equipped vehicle needs (see compatibility list) to enable safe and secure charging from public 'Universal' charge points. Renault, Tesla, some BMWs, Mercedes and many other Electric Cars use the Type 2 /Mennekes connector. However, there's now a trend for public charge points to be universal and offer no charging cable at all!
